What You Receive Here That Most Workshops Do Not Offer
Documentation, transparency, and follow-through — not as promises, but as the way work has been done at this address since 2009.

Six Reasons Clients Return
Written Record of Every Visit
Assessment notes and service summaries are issued as standard, not as an upgrade.
Assessment Before Work Begins
Scope and cost are confirmed with the owner before any disassembly or intervention takes place.
Timing Machine Report Included
Mechanical servicing includes a multi-position timing report. You receive a number, not a verbal assurance.
12-Month Follow-Up Period
Standard movement services carry a follow-up period. Concerns in that window are assessed without an additional diagnostic charge.
Thai and English Communication
Technical findings explained clearly in both languages. Nothing is lost between a watchmaker's note and a client's understanding.
Condition Photo on Intake
Each piece is photographed at arrival. The image is filed and available to the owner throughout the service period.

What Each Advantage Means in Practice
Specialist Technical Knowledge
The workshop founder trained over eleven years in movement servicing before opening independently. The team handles the principal Swiss ébauche families — ETA, Valjoux, Sellita — and selected Japanese calibres from Seiko and Miyota. Complication work is led personally by the founder, who maps each movement before disassembly to preserve the relationships between levers, cams, and column wheels.
For pieces outside our working scope — certain proprietary calibres or movements requiring manufacturer tooling — we say so clearly and suggest the appropriate route rather than accepting work we cannot complete at our own standard.
What This Means For You
- Your watch is handled by technicians familiar with its movement family
- Complication work follows a documented disassembly sequence
- Pieces outside scope are declined honestly, not accepted and returned poorly
- Vintage pieces assessed individually before intake is confirmed
Professional Workshop Equipment
Movement cleaning uses a professional ultrasonic system with watchmaker-grade solutions — the same standard used by authorised service centres. After cleaning, parts are inspected under magnification before lubrication begins. Timing is measured using a dedicated timing machine across multiple positions, not estimated by feel or by a single dial reading.
What This Means For You
- Movement components cleaned to the same standard as factory service
- Regulation confirmed by instrument, not by estimate
- Timing report includes multi-position data, not a single figure
Communication That Keeps You Informed
The service slip issued at intake is not a ticket — it is the start of a record. Progress on longer projects is communicated proactively; if a timeline shifts, you hear from us before the original collection date arrives. If an additional issue is found mid-service, work pauses and options are presented before anything proceeds. Nothing is added to a bill without your knowledge.
What This Means For You
- No bill increases without your prior agreement
- Schedule changes communicated proactively
- Written summary issued at collection — a record you keep

What You Will Not Find Elsewhere
The Service Slip System
Each watch is issued a numbered slip at intake that accompanies it through every stage. The slip records condition on arrival, scope agreed, work completed, and test results. It is the watch's record while it is with us — and a copy goes home with it.
Scope Confirmation Before Disassembly
We do not begin work until the owner has confirmed the scope in writing or by message. For postal clients, we photograph the assessment findings and send them before proceeding. Nothing starts without a clear yes.
Complication Project Documentation
Restoration and complication projects receive photographic documentation throughout — disassembly stages, cleaned components, reassembly. The photo set is shared with the owner on collection, providing a record of the work that the watch cannot otherwise carry.
Honest Declination Policy
If a piece is outside our working scope — for reasons of proprietary tooling, parts unavailability, or movement family — we say so and suggest an appropriate route. We do not accept work we cannot deliver to a standard we would be willing to attach our name to.
