The Method Does Not Change With the Tier
Regardless of which service a watch needs, the intake process is the same: condition photograph, numbered service slip, written assessment, scope confirmation before work begins. A quick battery visit receives the same systematic intake as a complication restoration — only the work that follows differs.
This consistency matters. It means an owner can bring a ฿4,400 battery service and a ฿18,000 restoration to the same counter and trust that both are handled with the same regard for documentation and communication.
The three tiers differ in the depth of intervention required — not in the care or process applied.

A short, attentive visit for quartz watches needing a battery, a seal check, and a light clean. We test function, confirm water resistance at a basic level, and note anything worth watching. A practical option for everyday wear.

Tier 2
Standard Movement Service

A complete service for mechanical and automatic watches, including disassembly, cleaning, fresh lubrication, regulation, and a timing report. Suited to pieces due for routine care. Gaskets and crystal are inspected; a written summary of findings is issued at collection.

Complication & Restoration Work

Detailed work for watches with added complications or restoration needs — chronographs, calendars, worn cases. Includes specialist part sourcing, careful refinishing, and rebuilding as required. Each project is scoped with the owner first, paced thoughtfully, and documented from start to finish.
